Flat Feet

Flat feet, also known as pes planus or fallen arches, is a condition where the arch of the foot is lowered or absent, causing the entire foot to make contact with the ground. This can occur due to various factors, including genetics, injuries, or conditions that weaken the supportive ligaments and tendons. Flat feet can lead to discomfort and alter the alignment of the legs and feet.
